I was very impressed with the speed and professionalism of the Mountain Valley crew. They came early and stayed till the job was done. Their clean up even included running a magnet across the ground to get up the nails that fell off the roof. I've got a meeting with their agent, Gabriel Williams today to ensure my satisfaction with the job. Which in my opinion was well done. My thanks to Mountain Valley and to Gabriel for their efforts. Y'all can walk on my roof anytime.

Justin is simply the best! From start to finish (a drawn out process) he guided me through every step. He was thorough and even did a 2nd inspection when my insurance tried to only replace half my roof! He was easy to communicate with and everything he and his company said transpired without issue. I would highly recommend Mountain Valley simply based on the quality customer service. Justin treated me as if he were dealing with family or friend. It didn't feel like business, and that is service at it's best!
