“I cannot thank Heather and her staff enough for their exceptional care and professionalism during such a difficult time for our family. From the initial planning process to the execution of the service, everything was handled with the utmost compassion, respect, and attention to detail. Heather made a painful experience much easier to navigate, and her team truly felt like a supportive presence throughout.

The only reason I am leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to a delay with my father's headstone. We were originally quoted an estimated timeframe of 12 weeks, but it has now been significantly longer and we are still waiting for its arrival. I believe this is out of their hands, but still would like an explanation as to why the company is taking so long with the delivery. This is the only negative thing our family has experienced around the planning and execution.

Despite the headstone delay, the service and support we received from Hampton Cove Funeral Home were wonderful. So many friendly faces to help us navigate our time of loss. I would still highly recommend Hampton Cove Funeral Home, Heather and her team to anyone in need of end-of-life planning or funeral services for their loved ones.”
