Great experience at Christian Brothers Automotive! I stopped in to have a battery issue diagnosed, and from the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The gentleman at the counter even offered me a water while I waited.

Cody came out and ran several tests on our van, then took the time to explain what might be happening. What I appreciated most was that there was absolutely no pressure to purchase any services or have additional work done.

I scheduled an appointment for an alignment, but after inspecting our vehicle, we were told it would actually be better to replace the tires first and then have the alignment done afterward. Honestly, it made sense because we were already due for new tires—we just hadn’t thought about it!

We were so grateful for the honesty and transparency. Jacob kept saying that he was looking out for our best interest, and when the rest of the staff came in, they recommended the same thing. It really says a lot when a business is more focused on doing what’s right for the customer than simply making a sale.

This place is awesome! Highly recommend! They got my vehicle in fast, diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately then called several suppliers to get the absolute best price for my parts! I’ve never seen communication as good as they provided! Paying the bill online was super easy. Overall, I absolutely recommend Christian Brothers in Owens Cross Roads!
