This is my 2nd custom pool with Burleson and I was and am completely satisfied with both. They are honest from the start and delivered a quality product that they stand behind 100%. I actually considered going with someone else (new pool co in Huntsville) but after asking around and actually visiting with 2 people who went there and priced their pools, I went back to the best. Burleson is NOT the cheapest but they are the best and above all, they are honest. They take pride in their product and stand behind it. We have spent the last 2.5 year building a custom home and I have to say, of all the people we worked with during the process, Burleson was at the top. From start to finish, they were thorough, on time, patient with changing timelines, and attentive throughout the entire process. Melissa was fantastic to work with from start to finish. She was always a text away and quick to get back to me with anything she didn’t know the answer to. There was one small hiccup in our process and Burleson handled it flawlessly.
