The doctor suggested that I immediately go to the Crestwood Emergency Room at Crestwood Hospital. I did that and found out that I need to rest with left leg elevated and I should be okay.
Great experience. Went to our Pediatrician and they did nothing when our 5 year old was given the Adenovirus diagnosis, presented with a high temp, pain in the ear. She, of course, then developed a bad ear infection and kept her high temp. Thankfully Dr. Bobbie Bode at Urgent Care was quick to listen, assess, give necessary meds and test accurately for presenting symptoms. They did much more than our Pediatrician did. Thankful for assertive and helpful care!
99% of my care comes from the VA, but when I know I’m sick and can’t shake it, I pop into AFC in OCR. The staff is always very friendly, outlines everything they need me to do to get better, and because of my VA status, they needlessly, but respectfully, thank me for myService. This is probably my 3rd visit In as many years and I feel like I’m in good hands.
