Excellent and caring staff. We just arrived the day before from Illinois to attend a wedding on Sunday. I became sick Friday nite and went to Family Care Saturday morning. I couldn't have chosen a more caring, professional and efficient staff. I would want them for my primary care!! Thank you so much American Family Care!
Unfortunately covered in poison ivy and needed to get checked out since still spreading. Front desk was so polite and nursing staff was wonderful as well. When it came to see the doctor/NP right away he knew what to do. This group saved me from being miserable over the weekend. Thank you for such great care and being so nice.
I visited the Urgent Care due to having an issue with my foot. It was my first time and after reading reviews, I was a little worried how I'd be treated. The receptionist was so sweet and very helpful. When I was called back, the nurse who triaged me was an absolute riot. She was really easy to have a conversation with and I could've talked to her for hours! She was hilarious. She took X-rays of my foot and then put me in a room.
