Everything was so easy from scheduling an appointment online, checking in, seeing the doctor, and checking out. Everyone was so friendly! I highly recommend AFC in Owens Cross Roads.
I can’t say enough good things about AFC Hampton Cove. I made an appointment and from the first person at the front desk to the last clinician I saw, every single person was amazing. They quickly ran the tests I needed, prescribed the right medications, and got me on the path to feeling better. So grateful for their kindness and efficiency!
The person at the front desk was very professional! Nurse Melissa was rude and unprofessional. Dr. Bobbie Bode was also rude. I informed them I have an immune deficiency and would like a shot. The faster I get it in my system the better. Melissa said they didn’t do that there and then proceeded to tell the doctor outside of my door that they wouldn’t be giving me a shot. I explained to the doctor I get IVIG and require a 14 day antibiotic. She told me that wasn’t standard 7 days was standard and I’d have to go to my primary physician. That’s why I was at urgent care.
