Top Nails provides exceptional nail services in a great atmosphere. The staff are sweet, personable, and handle situations professionally. The technicians are precise and thorough in their work, with years of experience. Customers love their nails and relaxing services like the sugar scrub pedicure. Many have traveled long distances, trying other salons but finding this one to be the best. The facility is extremely clean and bright, with comfortable and well-maintained massage chairs. While the business excels in customer experience, they are also encouraged to improve their sanitation practices, such as cleaning equipment between clients, to ensure a higher level of hygiene. Top Nails is highly recommended for anyone in the Orange Beach area.
Needed gel manicure while on vacation. Clean place. Reasonably price. Quick appointment. However color came very sheer/clear versus how it looks in the book. Also paid extra to repair one nail but repair only lasted less than a day. Update: one nail polish chipped after 4 day.
This salon has a great staff who always do a great job! Love my nails and relaxing sugar scrub pedicure! I drive 45 minutes to come here and have tried many other salons but this one is the best! Same owners as Elite Nails in Orange Beach! Both places are great!
My husband, mom, daughter, and I came to Top Nails for pedicures while on vacation. We were able to get our pedicures at the same time. All of the staff were so friendly and did an excellent job on our feet/toes (gel polish). The facility was extremely clean and bright. The massage chairs were comfortable, clean, and all in working order. We returned a few days later for my daughter to get a manicure (gel polish). I highly recommend Top Nails if you are in the Orange Beach area.
