Lance was referred to us by a friend as we were looking for a condo in Orange Beach. We had a wonderful experience. Lance even did a Facetime with us to show us the condo we eventually purchased because we live out of state. He took care of everything including getting us in touch with other resources like Property Managers, Contractors, Banks, etc. He went above and beyond to help out. We had no idea what we needed or what to expect and he guided us the entire way! Give Lance a call, you won't be disappointed!

Recently sold our Orange Beach, Alabama condo utilizing Lance Niel as our agent. We really enjoyed working with Lance as he was always courteous, professional and prompt when dealing with us.
