We first met Lance in 2022 when he contacted us with a buyer for our unlisted property in Fort Morgan. He was very aggressive in getting the sale closed for his clients. So, when we recently decided to list our condo for sale, it was a no-brainer we would hire Lance and his team. He does exactly what he says he will do. We did receive weekly updates and when a few issues came up, he was right beside us. Together we managed to resolve a very difficult problem and close on the sale.
