Brenner is by far the best inspector that I’ve worked with. My team members and I use him exclusively. He is accessible, prompt, thorough, knowledgeable and very professional. Being funny and kind is just a bonus! Great work! Great guy!

Brenner is a great inspector! He has inspected two condos for us and was very accommodating by fitting us into his schedule with a last minute schedule change. Brenner is very knowledgeable and his indirection reports are very detailed and even include videos of the condo. This is very helpful for someone like us trying to buy a condo that is hours away from where we live. Brenner also took time to call us and explain what he found during the inspection.
