Cox Pools did an amazing job building our pool, and we could not be happier with how well it turned out.
A special thank-you to Demarcus for making the experience even better. He was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and professional throughout the project. He always kept us informed, patiently answered our questions, and made sure we understood every part of the pool’s operation before the job was complete.
We truly appreciate Demarcus and the Cox Pools team for delivering a pool our family will enjoy for many years. We would gladly recommend them to our friends and neighbors!
Special thanks to Demarcus, Scott. and Joey
Working with Richard at Cox Pools was honestly a breath of fresh air. We have had some bad luck with contractors in the Mobile area, and didn’t have high expectations. Richard showed up early, every time. He kept us updated the whole way through and genuinely seemed to care about getting every detail right, not just checking boxes. He didn’t just meet our expectations, he far exceeded them!
It’s rare to find someone who’s this good at both the work AND the communication (and he’s funny, too)! If you’re on the fence about who to hire for your pool, stop scrolling — call Cox Pools and demand Richard as the Project Manager. You won’t regret it.

We have been with cox Pools since they put in our pool in 2016. We just had an issue with pool pressure and I went thru customer service. Chris Carter came out after his shift and made sure all is well. He found the problem and got us up and running. Chris was very polite and explained so much to me. I really appreciate Angie for helping to get the issue to Chris and all is well.
