First appointment I could hardly walk and in so much pain! After 4 adjustments the sciatic nerve began to relax hence pain reduction. I was instructed to apply ice several times a day/night and given exercises which has helped tremendously! I have total confidence in Dr Timothy Hogan and highly recommend him/Back on Track!
