I had a wonderful experience working with this home inspector. His communication was excellent from start to finish—he sent helpful reminders leading up to the inspection and made the entire process very easy to coordinate. His inspection report was incredibly thorough, clear, and informative. Most importantly, he provided my clients with quality information they could use to make an informed decision about what was best for their family. Professional, attentive, and thorough—I would be happy to work with him again!
I had an excellent experience with Phillips Pest Control. He was honest, professional, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. What impressed me most was that there was absolutely no high-pressure sales pitch—just straightforward, helpful advice.
He also took the time to check for moisture and pointed out several things around the property that needed attention to help prevent future problems and potentially avoid issues with homeowners insurance. That level of care went well beyond what I expected.
Another big plus is that he is also a licensed home inspector, so he brings an additional level of knowledge and experience when evaluating a property.
