    I highly recommend Mr. Phillips and his company. I was an out of state home buyer and relied heavily on his experience to help me navigate my perfect 1980's home. He was reasonable and extremely thorough making sure I had all the information needed to get the repairs the home needed prior to final closing. His staff communicated so well with both me and my out of state real estate agent.

    I called Phillips and they arrived the same day by noon. Ashley was helpful and Jessie the guy who came to my house was so nice, knowledgeable and a pleasure to meet. Very affordable as well.. highly recommend!
