Excellent, prompt service for a great price! Richard was on time, knew what he was dealing with and out the door early on a Saturday morning. Richard is incredibly knowledgeable and able to walk you through whatever your issue might be. Will absolutely recommend him and use him again if another problem comes up!

Fantastic customer service. Richard came twice to look at a laundry drain that was slowly backing up. I couldn’t recreate the problem for him when he was here, so Richard checked a few typical problem spots with me. After those looked good he told me just to call him back if had the issue again, but otherwise the problem looked like it had resolved itself. I took up a ton of his time and asked him to please let me pay him just for inspecting everything, but he insisted that he was just happy to help.
I highly recommend Richard and Zoom drain. I won’t be looking anywhere else for any future drain needs.
