Twisted Diesel & Automotive Repair LLC is a highly recommended shop known for its exceptional service and skilled technicians. They have a reputation for going above and beyond to help customers, even on evenings and weekends. The team has successfully resolved various issues, including windshield wiper motor replacements, electrical/ECM problems in motorhomes, and transmission and engine troubles in large vehicles. Customers appreciate the shop's clear communication, fair pricing, and commitment to providing timely repairs. The crew is great and knowledgeable, and the customer service is amazing and so kind. The entire team was friendly and took time to talk about vehicles. The owner, Brandon, was very kind and could get a truck back on the road same day. He and his guys stayed late to get a customer going. Brandon and his wife went above and beyond and it was refreshing to see a local business provide great service and treat things as if it were their own. The staff is absolutely amazing. They reassured a customer that their 2019 Titan Cummins would make it home and gave some tips. Curtis was awesome and very knowledgeable. It is always wise to get an actual mechanic to help and give advice.
