About The Center For Pain - Auburn/Opelika
The Center For Pain - Auburn/Opelika offers a controlled, multidisciplinary approach to treating chronic pain from injury or disease, focusing on restoring function and improving quality of life. The goals are to reduce pain levels, encourage healthy self-care, restore participation in usual activities, and reduce reliance on medications. Reviews consistently praise the excellent care, with staff described as very friendly, very competent, kind, caring, and efficient. They greet patients with a smile, answer questions, and provide fast, smooth service. While some note that the wait period can be frustrating due to a large volume of clients, patients also report being seen in a timely manner. The overall atmosphere is welcoming, and the clinic's care allows patients to have a life despite complex pain situations.
Very nice staff, long checkout time due to the large amount of patients but it’s a decent facility all in all. I haven’t had an issue with them so far. I have procedures done on my back for DDD and sciatica and they’re really nice during prep, the procedure and recovery. They definitely make sure you’re not leaving under any circumstances without a driver checking you out and I appreciate that because nobody knows how their body is going to react to meds and anything can happen. I would definitely recommend anyone to them.
I’ve been a patient at the Center for Pain for over two years. I really want to praise the excellent care. The staff are very friendly and very competent. Dr. Herrick oversees my pain plan and I then work with his team. Some of us have complex situations that don’t always get better. When this happens, the kindness of the staff and their ability to at least hear my concerns really helps.
I am adding to this review. I am now going into year five with Dr. Herrick and his team. I’m a very complex patient and they have always made me feel welcome. Thank heavens for pain clinics. They allow us to have a life. Julie
Everything went smoothly today. I was called back and seen in a timely manner. Was thankful it was a day that the waiting room was not packed, as I was having a bad day with my back and could hardly stay seated in the chair.
