The house is well made. Stone Martin has excellent warranties. Stone Martin adds extra touches that elevate the home. Their prices are competitive. I have purchased 3 new construction homes in the past. None of the experiences were as easy and enjoyable as Martin Stone. Martin Stone gives you “lots of bang for your buck!” Their customer service is beyond compare! Thank you Stone Martin.

There isn't one thing I can complain about, we have an absolutely beautiful home that came with some hidden surprises like a 10 year homeowners warranty (after the builder warranty runs out), our Centricon termite protection for a year. The homes standard features are upgrades for other builders. I could go on and on but I will leave it at I am finally living in my dream home.Patrick Powell was top notch and even helped us sell the house we moved out of!
