I had a great experience here, they were extremely friendly and were able to immediately help me with my concern and get it fixed. I recommend this place for any glasses or eye needs!
I dropped by the shop without an appointment hoping to get an eye exam and glasses. I've used other shops in the past and found them to be pushy and only concerned with bumping me to glasses with all the options. Not this time. The associate was very friendly and understood that I do not want to get top tier glasses at this time. I needed something quick that would do the job until I was ready for progressives with all the trimmings. She understood and did not try to persuade me to go ahead and purchase more expensive glasses. We went to the back where I was to have my virtual eye exam. Becky, Hadassah, and Litzy were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. They answered all of my questions, explained every step of the eye exam process, and made sure I understood everything along the way. They also gave great recommendations on which glasses would work best for me.
I was extremely indecisive and spent over 30 minutes trying to choose my frames, but they never rushed me. Instead, they patiently helped me narrow down my options and made me feel comfortable the entire time.
