First time using Downtown Cleaners and I was very impressed! Super friendly and took the time to look at my comforter and chat with me about it. Turn around time was as promised and presented very nicely! And very reasonable! Actually less than I thought it would be! Thank you to these great folks for a first class experience.
Did a decent job. They were really aggressive with pressing/ironing, so be ready for anything folded over to come back flat. Also, add a day to whatever day they tell you it'll be ready. If they say it'll be available on Thursday, they mean Thursday afternoon, not Thursday morning.
