Jenn goes way beyond what you’d expect from a cleaning service. The place is always spotless, but what really sets her apart is how much she pays attention to the little things. She notices when towels or sheets need replacing, gives helpful suggestions, and keeps me in the loop without me having to ask. She also helped with the design and setup of my units early on, and her input made a huge difference in how the space looks and feels. Guests have mentioned how welcoming and well put together everything is, and that’s thanks in large part to her. Jenn is reliable, proactive, and clearly takes pride in her work. It feels like having a second set of eyes on the property — someone who genuinely cares about keeping things running smoothly and making the guest experience better.
