We had an incredible experience with America’s Home Place! We were first-time home builders and from the very beginning Ken walked us through the whole process, thoroughly answering all questions we had. Heather was very helpful during the design and selection part of the process. We also had an amazing experience working with our project manager, Doug. He was very attentive, organized, and consistently communicated every step of the process, sending us daily emails letting us know what the next step would be. We have had a wonderful experience with America’s Home Place! We hit a few bumps in the road along the way (with our personal contractors) but America’s Home Place managers and project manager were very patient and worked with us as we needed. Doug Smith has made the process very easy and comfortable. This is our only build experience and we are very happy. Looking forward to move in!! We have just completed our dream home! AHP made this one of the easiest, most enjoyable, experiences. I can't move any further without giving our project manager, Doug, a HUGE shoutout. He is bar none. He is transparent and thorough with everything. I know he and others make AHP special, but Doug works for the customer. I have not had any worries through the building process. I haven't talked to anyone else, who used someone else, that could say the same. My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with everything that has been done.
