Terrible builder. My in laws wrote a contract on a house in Taylor’s Way in Moody in Jan 2022. House had drywall in it at time of contract. Was to be completed by June 1. They are elderly and have been take advantage of!!! House is still not complete as of July 31. Builder is arrogant, incompetent, disorganized, a terrible communicator and his office personnel are just as bad. Job Forman has limited construction knowledge. Terrible contractor and builder. Steer clear of Bobby Smith homes!!!!! First pics shows house in Jan 2022. Bottom pic shows house on July 26. They are suppose to move on Wednesday Aug 3.
