We had Triad Restoration Inc handle a multiple bathroom construction projects and they did an amazing job! Everything was done on time, with great attention to detail and quality. There are not enough good things to say about TRIAD Restoration Company. From the owner, Barry Smitherman to every single construction worker, Project Manager, Mike, Inside Contractor, Troy, Office Staff, and especially Bill, the gentleman in charge of estimates and working with insurance!! Had it not been for Mr. Bill this claim probably would still have not been paid. He was kind, patient, honest, helpful and kept me from losing my cool!! Any delays caused in this job were caused by the insurance adjusters. Bill was at the forefront using his expertise to get the job done. Triad is a good, trustworthy company to do business with. Henderson, the project manager was great to keep me up to date on the repairs that were being made to my rental property. He was honest and patient with all my questions and concerns. The repair work is of good craftsmanship and looks great.
