This is the absolute BEST service. PA-C Hayes truly cares about her patients and listens to their individual needs. Her staff is equally caring and also works for the patient’s needs. My husband and I both tested positive for COVID at home and with an easy telehealth visit, we both had the meds we needed without spending hours in a waiting room. We moved to this area recently and she’s been great for primary care services, too!

Nomad Medical Services is a full service primary and urgent care set on increasing the ease of access to healthcare. Our physical clinic is located in New Hope, Alabama. We offer primary care for the homebound, and we offer telehealth services for primary care, weight loss, and management of chronic conditions. We accept most major insurances, and also allow for cash pay patients. Current insurances: BCBS (most), United, Cigna, Humana Medicare, Medicare, and Tricare.
