I been using Williams cleaners for quite a few years, I'm well satisfied with the service I receive, the employees are very helpful in dropping off, are picking up, they make it very easy for me.

The staff are super nice, helpful, and very friendly with excellent customer service. They provide fast and easy service. The business texts to let customers know the status of an order. Clothes are often finished in less time than the given turn around date. They called before cleaning a particular sweater due to color contrast and possible fading, and quickly credited a charge when a mistake occurred. The service for alterations and drycleaning is outstanding and professional. Customers recommend Williams Cleaners to anyone.

I do not need dry-cleaning services very often; never more than twice a year. Despite my intermittent needs, Williams has consistently provided excellent service over my 8 years in The Shoals area.

If you are looking for a great dry cleaning service, this is the place to go! The communication is wonderful! And the service and cleaning is top tier. I highly recommend this company for all your dry cleaning needs. They cleaned my curtain to perfection!
