Very convenient Location and they meet you at the door to pick up and drop off your clothes. Most of the girls at the counter are super nice and helpful overall very happy and will continue to go for many more years.
Great service! They called me before cleaning a particular sweater due to the color contrast and possible fading. I appreciated that! I asked them to not clean that one and she said it would be removed from my order. I went to pick up and looked at my receipt after leaving. I had been charged for the sweater. I went back and spoke with the worker and she said she would let her boss know and get my card credited. Within the hour, it was all taken care of!!
Would recommend Williams Cleaners to anyone. Dropped my items off, was given a 2 day turn around date to come back, and they were finished in less time than that. Love that they text to let you know the status of your order. Very friendly staff and excellent customer service!
