Very thorough and concerned about finding problem
No complaints about any work done, as it was all good and the service guys were professional. Only thing is to have everything in writing, don’t trust for anyone to “remember “ what was talked about. Our old unit needed an add on sensor to the bedroom. We asked for the same for the new one. We were told it wasn’t needed. Won’t put names on here, but we had a verbal agreement that we would try it and if it ended up being needed, it would be installed at no further cost. Well, today, we made that call to get the sensor. Got the unexpected “we talked about it and it wasn’t needed”, which was the first half of the conversation. Again, all professional and great work, simple reminder to have everything in writing. We are getting the sensor, but it shouldn’t have taken more than, “ glad you tried it, now we all know”. Anyways, that’s my story. We will continue to update through this relationship. :)
