Professional and honest, willing to provide directional info and handle your case, being honest is your best bet. I got my loan held from me until I have proof of a complete paycheck. Yeah, it stinks, but at least I won't throw myself down a rabbit hole. As much as it sucks to wait, I appreciate the honesty.
