The young man that check me in was so sweet. He help me with my check in with a lot of patience. Very understanding.And the Dr. Explained all that I need to know. My visit was very rewarding.
The service I received was very good...The wait could have been ridiculous if it were not for the logging in part, followed by the online handling of paperwork. I had actually went home and received a call, track my place in line, and my actual sit and wait time was only about 5 mine.....The staff were very kind. Treatment was on point feeling soon much better today. Thank you Urgent Care, I'm grateful.
It was great. The nurse was awesome. She was so friendly & helpful even though it was really getting busy in there. The Nurse Practitioner was great as well. She examined me & got me out quickly so I could go get my prescription to go home to rest. 10/10
