Freight Management Inc. is praised for its efficient service and friendly staff. Drivers experience smooth check-ins, often unloading within 45 minutes. The facility offers overnight parking, and drivers must register upon arrival. Instructions for unloading are clear, and there are bathrooms available. After unloading, drivers need to weigh again before completing their paperwork. Overall, the business is well-organized and accommodating for drivers.
It has overnight parking, you register at the time you arrive, they unload them in the order they arrive, at 7:30 they give instructions: get on the scale and take the papers to the office in front of the scale, you get off the scale and You go to the ramp that is to the floor, when you finish, you go back to the office doing the same procedure
I have worked at Freight Management Inc for over 18 years and one thing I can say is Roger Renfro cares about his employees and a man of his word. He cares about his customers and a great family man.
