When you give them your name they try to remember it without writing it down while you're waiting for them to do so. That definitely saves waiting time while you're at their door. And they're doing something that I certainly can't, especially when you have a last name that's complicated to spell. Very impressive. They send you a text the very next day to let you know the garment is ready for pick up. I had already forgotten that I took them the garment!

Everything you could ask for in a dry cleaners. They have a professional, personable staff. The clothes are ready promptly and you get notified when they are ready. I would never go elsewhere.

Utopia is the best dry cleaning service we have ever experienced. We love the way our clothes are cleaned and pressed. Some of our favorite features of Utopia are: the drive thru window, especially during this past cold winter, the text when your clothes are ready to be picked up, personalized bags to drop clothes off, and the trustworthiness of leaving a credit card on file to bay bills.
Everyone is nice who works at Utopia and they even ask if they can give our dog a treat. We are new to the area, and we are customers for life.
