Utopia Cleaners & Laundry provides exceptional customer service with a professional and personable staff. They offer great leniency on tariffs and can remove tough stains from delicate items, such as a flower girl dress, to make them look like new again. Customers appreciate the neat and quick service, with clothes ready promptly. They send a text the very next day to let you know the garment is ready for pick up. Some favorite features are the drive thru window and the trustworthiness of leaving a credit card on file. Everyone is nice who works at Utopia.
When you give them your name they try to remember it without writing it down while you're waiting for them to do so. That definitely saves waiting time while you're at their door. And they're doing something that I certainly can't, especially when you have a last name that's complicated to spell. Very impressive. They send you a text the very next day to let you know the garment is ready for pick up. I had already forgotten that I took them the garment!

Utopia is the best dry cleaning service we have ever experienced. We love the way our clothes are cleaned and pressed. Some of our favorite features of Utopia are: the drive thru window, especially during this past cold winter, the text when your clothes are ready to be picked up, personalized bags to drop clothes off, and the trustworthiness of leaving a credit card on file to bay bills.
Everyone is nice who works at Utopia and they even ask if they can give our dog a treat. We are new to the area, and we are customers for life.
