I brought a man who works for me in for a new patient appointment today. I greatly appreciate them getting him in at his appointment time. A few days ago we went to another office and they made him wait over 2 hours until we finally walked out. The chiropractor here is explaining everything to him. Dr Blake is very nice and helpful. This location is farther from my jobsite than the other clinic in Hoover, but we ( 4 of us) will be coming here while we are in town. We travel nationwide for work and go to The Joint where ever we travel.
Staff was friendly from the start. Cassandra at the front desk answered all my questions and walked me through the whole process. Dr. Gates was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease with the test and the adjustments. Overall great experience I felt relief of pain walking out of there.
Andrew was very professional and kind during session. Environment is clean friendly and patient. The woman at the desk was very patient, kind, and helpful and she is able to assists Spanish speakers fluently. Aswell as fluent English. Love.
