PT Orthodontics is an awesome place with a wonderful, amazing, and friendly staff that is very nice, professional, and accommodating. The team is always willing to work with busy schedules, promptly fitting patients in even during urgent situations. They are encouraging, patient, and understanding, taking time to listen to concerns and explain everything very well. The doctors create effective plans and get right on addressing patient needs. The office has a nice atmosphere and is very professional. Patients report great results and are blown away by the service, with many stating they would recommend this location to anyone.

We can understand why this office has 5 stars! My husband and I were on vacation when his “permanent retainer” device busted off some of his teeth making it very difficult to eat. We had a short window of time to get into an orthodontist for a solution and back on the road to TN for his military drill. The scheduling team was prompt and kindly worked us in to their schedule the same day. Absolutely so accommodating and got us in and back on the road in less than 30 minutes! We’re blown away and grateful! Thank you doesn’t seem to be enough but we appreciate the way your whole team went above and beyond for us!
Love this place! Everyone is so friendly! Dr.Todd and Cheryl did such a great job explaining everything. They really listened to our concerns and come up with a plan that made my daughter so happy!!!
