Unicare Plus Urgent Care provides fast, expert care for minor illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions. Patients report a great experience with friendly, competent, and thorough staff. Wait times are short and the facility is super clean and well organized. The medical personnel are excellent, performing professional tests and explaining results in detail. Patients feel their needs are met with excellent care, feel very comfortable, and find the providers easy to talk to. Many highly recommend this urgent care and would definitely return.
Highly reccomend!!!! Took my 5yo daughter here since all the pediatrics offices were closed, walked right in, sign in took 5mins, got us in with the doc 5mins later, the receptionist was awesome, the nurse and nurse practioner were so SO good with my daughter, and very fun, helpful and caring, strep was positive...nurse gave a dose of Tylenol for her fever before we left, sent in antibiotic..had a treasure box for kiddos! We were out within 20mins! Best urgent care visit yet!
Wonderful experience, friendly and knowledgeable staff! We will definitely be back again when or if needed. We were in and out within an hour, from scheduling online to leaving with a diagnosis, all within an hour. We felt heard, seen and taken care of, definitely recommend this place.
