Could not thank them enough for the help and honesty! I have been using them for so many years now my entire family relies on their service. Great team of people. They fixed my laptop, my phone, and my work iPad in no time. These people deserves more recognition. They always help answer tech questions, I have been rudely kicked out of other places and they have helped me for free setting up my account and help me understand my work software very very kind people!

My name is Joe Burnett. Today I took a small air pump over that had I thought a broken charging port. The lady at the front desk I believe her name is Tia said know something is broken off in your Port she took it to the back fixed it in about 5 minutes and gave it back to me and that works perfectly. Later I had a problem with the charger and one of the technicians believe his name was Michael oher Mark sorry I can't remember but he gave me all the information I needed in my appliances working great now. Good folks can't say enough about them if you've got something you think can't be prepared at least give them a shot they'll give you an answer... read full review
