Day of the funeral, the weather would not allow it to be done graveside. Dana adapted and came up with a solution which worked out better than expected. Dana was exceptional, he made everything so much better during this difficult time. Nikki was also incredible during this process. I am so thankful for the two of them.
The staff was friendly and took steps to make an emotional and sad occasion a little more durable. There was no rushing or pushing in any direction. Options were given and fully explained. The staff worked very hard to accommodate our requested schedule for burial. On the day of services a staff member was there to ensure all was well.Thank Ypu.The Armstead Family.
The staff made special accommodations for us to change the order of services, in that we decided to have the graveside service before the celebration of life service at our church. The only snag was not getting the obituary in the paper on time, but I was given a refund. The staff did a good job overall.
