I had a pourover and it was a little weak, but otherwise, i have no complaints!Awesome local coffee shop in Huntsville, Alabama. Freshly roasted beans, great company, nicely decorated, great music, and great customer service. Definitely better than Starbucks too!

Hibachi styled food (without the show). I got a Big Bang bowl (hibachi chicken, rice, veggies in a bowl) and I liked the casual, mellow atmosphere of the place. I don't understand why people think it's ok to condescend to businesses who don't do "authentic" as if that qualifies as something lesser. I think the Japanese-fusion tag is in this case tongue in cheek for Americanized Asian food- which is authentic in itself so I have no complaints. Yay, street cafe!
