“Dr. Golden is the best and kindest vet i have ever known anywhere in the country! He has taken care of 3 Great Pyrenees amd two ragdolls for me. I take my dogs for vet services and for the best doggy daycare. Dr Golden often recommends lower costs natropathic or OTC products when other vets have recommended more expensive services and prescriptions. He has a heart for animals and people. His ENTIRE staff is amazing. The daycare staff are respectful, observant, and clearly love the dogs. I have seen them help older owners unload dogs out of their cars, and they create a very positive experience for the dogs. My dogs canf wait to see their friends, and love coming to the vet. Ive gotten training recommendations, and the staff are observant of behavior issues and doggie friendships. What's nice is if i need to drop a dog off for routine vet service, they can go to daycare during the day as well. I am able to work rest assured my pets are in the best hands.Dr. Harris is the second vet on staff and is also too notch! A great clinician that remembers each pet patient and parent. I never feel rushed, and all of my many questions are answered. My wishes regarding vaccinations and other things are respected.The prices are very reasonable, and the staff will call and text during the day to confirm potential charges and to affirm my agreement to move forward, so there are never any surprises.They phone app worls well on iphone and android, and it helps me to track all of the medicarions, vaccines for each of my pets.One of my cats had severe pancreatitis, and after doing all that could be done in office, Dr. Golden recommended Auburn University vet school's internal medicine practice, and even got my cat an emergency appointment when it would have taken months for me to get her an appointment there.One of my puppies died, and during his illness one Dr. Golden's vet techs actually took my puppy into their home during the weekend to ensure he could get the syringe feeding he needed, when I had been praying for help because it was too hard for me to do. Dr. Golden actually kept my puppy on the last nigh of his life. When he passed away they honored my wishes on a particular request for the paw imprint. The office mailed me a condolence card that was signed (with personal messages) from the entire office. That experience ouched me deeply. On a happier note, Dr. Golden has literally saved the life of 3 of my pets. After every visit they text to check on their patients, which I appreciate.Last, the front desk staff are always pleasent and professional. They also know every pet and pet parent, and create a great first and last impression for every visit.I cannot say enough good things about Golden Animal hospital, and have recommended then to neighbors and family members. My pets are my heart. I dont know where i would be without Dr. Golden and his amazing team.“

My Madi Grace was extremely sick, and I could not get answers from my local vet, so wanted to bring her home to Dr. Bill. I cannot tell you how much it meant to me to get his expertise opinion. My heart is at peace with the decision he helped me make to let her go. “The vet technicians working the front desk and phones are EXTREMELY nice and very helpful. I cannot attest to the quality of medical services provided here because I only boarded my doggo. They require a physical examination by their veterinarian and proof of all vaccinations, heartworm and flea prevention, prior to boarding (they will do it there the day of if needed. We had to get a canine flu vaccine before we could board.We boarded Tootie in the "deluxe suite" which is a small room with a tv and extra play time, rather than a tiny kennel/cage. He didn't seem traumatized when we picked him up which was great! Their prices for boarding aren't bad either. $24.20 for basic boarding. $30 for deluxe boarding. I think there's also a $10-$15 fee in there somewhere too.No drop off on Sunday. Pick up Sundays 4:30p-5p only.Drop off Saturday from 7:30a-12p. Pickup during normal business hours during the week.We will definitely be using this establishment during our stay in Montgomery! Great service!“

Get approved for care credit (credit card for medical/vetrinary/dental care) or get approved as long as you have a bank account in good standing and no bounced checks.They were able to treat my cat very quickly when I was scared he might have a blocked urethra (very dangerous for male cats). Doc said he wasn't block, got him to release his bladder almost immediatly. Took him for observation and further treatments. Can't ask for better care.“

Getting nails trimmed, baths and all vaccinations, shots, and meds all in the same place our fur baby gets to play with friends while we are at work.“

Unfortunately for me, I also have schizophrenia and the amount of stress causes me to struggle to think straight and make the best decisions. It's to the point that most people will assume I am on drugs. Working with this veterinarian clinic has helped tremendously when my baby boy's health issues occur.The wonderful, friendly staff explain things in a manner I can understand and repeat as needed. Not only are the staff great, but when I go to this clinic, I know its going to be affordable. Other clinics I've used will basically hold your pet as ransom to pillage your wallet. Not stressing about extremely high prices is a feeling that can't be put into words!It's been such a positive experience that it's not quite as mentally crippling. I would highly recommend this veterinarian clinic!“

“We’ve been bringing our pets here for years, and we adore Dr. McCauseland. Our latest visit was for a rather rare ailment that she was able to immediately diagnose. Rather than just prescribe meds and hope for the best, she went above and beyond by researching the condition over the weekend, looking into the ingredients of multiple food brands, and determining the best one to help our dog prevent future problems. She even tries to be as gentle as possible when giving our pets shots or taking blood. Not to mention, their prices are the best in the city. We seriously couldn’t ask for better!“
