My business was all conducted at the Zelda Rd showroom. I have worked closely with Jimmy and Anne over the past several months on a number of projects, most notably a spa shower. They helped me choose high end shower heads, body sprayers, and steam system. The fixtures are well made and come with a good warranty. Jimmy and Anne held my hand every step of the way. Excellent customer service and just great people in general.

I highly recommend this plumbing supply house, See Big John he is a great guy and he can get you exactly what you’re looking for and if they don’t have it He will help you find it. They are all Good People !!

I spent yesterday at Lowes and Home Depot without success trying to find a clean out plug for type schedule 40 PVC that I destroyed with my lawnmower. I first tried Capital plumbing first; they did not carry the part, but recommended Thompson...success!!!!

The people were very helpful and polite. Looking around it seems as if they are very well stocked. Thompson will definitely be my first stop for any plumbing needs I may have in the future.

FYI. The original clean out plug had a square head on top to unscrew, the new one is flat, so I wont have to worry about hitting it with the lawnmower in the future.
