Bambi has been our Terminix technician for several years. She is always on time and does a thorough job checking and spraying our property. She is so friendly, and always responds promptly when we have contacted her with questions or concerns. I would highly recommend her and Terminix service!!!
The technician was professional. He called prior to arriving. He inspected outside traps and then came inside. Once he completed the inspection, he explained his findings. The only issue noted was with insulation in the attic. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day to get a quote for installing new insulation.
