Gregory did a fantastic job. He explained the procedure prior to the start of the service. He was very professional and laser focused on the task. We were so impressed with the results that when he asked us did we want him to clean our area rug in the living room for a marginal amount we said, sure! Highly recommend Gregory and Stanley Steemer!
Punctual, and clear communication.
First time having tile cleaned and it was a decently fast process. The tile itself is clearly cleaner and more vibrant. Some areas not so much due to the type of stains I’m assuming. The grout doesn’t look any cleaner but I did observe him cleaning it. Overall a decent experience and at the minimum the tile itself looks better.
