The communication was superb. I received a telephone call plus text messages letting me know that someone was on their way out to clean my sofa. Kobe was extremely polite and professional. He did a phenomenal job restoring my sofa’s look back to its original state. He was also very quick making it easy for me to carry on with my daily activities. I will be utilizing SS again very soon to clean some huge rugs that I’ve had for quite sometime. Thanks SS and thank you Kobe.

Greg and Clayton were our technicians! They are WONDERFUL!!! Hard working, professional and gave expert tips. They were kind and helpful and wished us a Happy Thanksgiving. We also scheduled to have my brother's home done when they completed this home. They did a great job and we will be calling them back.

They were very professional and they did an excellent job. My grand daughter had some slime in my rug and they didn’t rest until they got it all out. I also have one of those fluffy rugs I thought it wouldn’t fluff back out but they work their magic. I highly recommend them.
