“I'm not one to leave reviews, but after my experience with Capitol City Roofing, I wanted to share my experience.

It is never good when you are out of town, receiving tornado warnings on your phone, and then your wife calls you in tears. That is exactly what happened to me on May 6th. While everyone was okay, a portion of our neighbor's tree fell during the storm, punching holes in our roof. A roof we had just replaced a year ago.

The next morning, on my way to the airport at 5:00am, I sent Hank Forshey (Hank's Plumbing) a text message regarding my problem and asked who I needed to call. He provided me with Taylor Smith's phone number at Capitol City Roofing. I called when I landed in Atlanta, and he said he would ride over, take a look, and give me a quote. I asked who I should call about the tree, and he provided me with Jeremy's contact info at Arbor Pro. I called Jeremy, and he said he would send a crew right out. Keep in mind, I wasn't the only house with storm damage.

When I called my wife before stepping on my plane back to Montgomery to let her know that both Arbor Pro and Capital City Roofing would be coming out to look things over, she told me they had already been there. In fact, Arbor Pro was in the process of removing the tree (I had given them the green light to remove it when I spoke to Jeremy). Taylor called, and let me know that he had been there, and that he was going to send a crew out to look at the damage and cover the damaged areas up due to more rain coming in the forecast.

When I got home, less than 5 hours from the first call, the tree was off the roof and hauled away, and a crew from Capitol City Roofing was already making the temporary repairs. Later that evening, Taylor sent me a quote/contract for the entire repair. The next morning at 7:30, his crew was there to begin the actual repair. Taylor routinely checked on the progress throughout the entire repair. The crew did a great job cleaning up and left the job site looking as if the storm had never happened.

The Capitol City crew did an outstanding job. Taylor and the crew were extremely professional. I would highly recommend Capitol City Roofing.“

“Luis and Alfredo consistently went out of their way to address my questions or concerns while having my roof replaced. The work crew completed repairs along the way. The chimney leak was of particular concern. There were several boards rotted from the water damage. They did the needed repairs and put a new cricket on behind the chimney. They took added precautions putting on stormguard around all my vents and boot openings and chimney.“
