I have never been more satisfied with a service in my life. The customer service was absolutely five stars! They reached out to me almost instantly after requesting information, they answered all my questions, worked with me on all scheduling conflicts, and eased any uncertainty I may have felt early on. Though the price may be a bit more than others, and understandably so, I can assure you that you’re paying for excellent service, a timely delivery, and the fastest roof repair/replacement I’ve ever seen. Roofing World did an amazing job. Our sales rep came to the house and assisted us with options and explored financing options with us. We were able to choose the roof that fit our home and was within our budget without any high-pressure sales tactics. Our home has an interesting roofline with lots of architectural interest, which can add extra expense. The crew came when promised and finished the job is just over a day. Everything was cleaned and cleared away as promised.
I contacted several roofing companies and most would either not show up or if they did they were not licensed and insured. Some gave quotes that were insanely high. What I didn't know was that my savings account wasn't ready for the new prices of material. I had a roof done on a different house in 2022 and prices have doubled since. So I needed financing. These guys showed up ready to go. The quotes were decent and the warranty was awesome and they had in house financing. They did quality job and left behind a clean worksite.
