I can't give Ryan a good enough review! He was amazing. We had to move suddenly and he took care of everything so I could focus on our move! We moved 2hrs away and he checked on our house constantly to make sure no one had messed with it and even showed up for the people we had service the house! I never had to lift a finger! Our house sold quickly and efficiently for top dollar! I wish he was we are at now so when are ready to buy he could be our agent! Many many thanks to him for his outstanding job!

Ryan did an excellent job of representing us as a listing agent. He went above and beyond, finding contractors when needed (which was a lot) and being there when we couldn't physically be there for every issue that came up! Ryan was easy to work with - a good communicator. I would 100% use Ryan as my realtor again! Thank you Ryan!!

We closed on 1 March 2024, and I cannot recommend Ryan enough. From the first phone call his professionalism, attention to detail, and caring for our best interests were apparent. His experience was invaluable to our home buying process and he always acted in our best interests regardless of how it impacted himself.He has earned us as clients for life. In fact, I’ll be relying on his recommendations for home services (tree removal, plumbers, etc.) for the foreseeable future.

Over the last 20 years Ryan has represented traditional sellers -- selling all over the Montgomery Alabama River Region. When properties are listed he has an initial appointment to access the home, perform a “hurt your feelings tour” where he advises sellers what needs to be done to get the home sold for top price in the quickest amount of time. As a buyer’s agent, Ryan listens to his clients wants and needs. He determines homes that will suit buyers, and a buyer may look at 5 or 45 homes depending on their personality and experience. Ryan has a passion for the home buying and selling business. He says, “I wake up every day unemployed-looking for the next opportunity to list a home or get a buyer under contract to purchase.”
