Moved out of state but I appreciate how they took care of my 2 dogs in terms of their allergies, etc. it was an easy visit each time and it was affordable. My big dog is anxious but they were kind to him. Now, I am in a state where it is difficult to set appointments and expensive. Would go back to them if I lived nearby.
We are the third generation of my family to use this vet. They are wonderful. They are Auburn graduates, so they've received a top notch veterinary education. Their prices are some of the best in the area. They genuinely care. One of the vets saw me at the grocery store once, called out to me, and asked how my dog (who had recently been sick and whom he referred to by name) was doing. We are not just a number here. This level of care and compassion is rare.
I've gone here for multiple instances now for my animals. Only twice in the past 4 years have I ever noticed any slip in care, and one of them I'm completely understanding of. They have been able to do very risky procedures for my animals with 100% recovery and perfection in care, and they have first and foremost been so understanding of cost of bills, and worked with me when emergencies came up and I couldn't afford the payment in full at the moment. They are incredibly fair priced, and the staff have always been wonderful.
