I took my husband to Mainstreet FC last night Tuesday 11/29/2022. I want everyone who worked last night to know y’all were the most amazing, kind, and caring people I have met. Y’all treated us with such respect, and the doctor she was a young lady, she genuinely cared. You do not see that much anymore. People like y’all give hope to healthcare. Just a big Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!💯💯❤️
NP Joanna is one of the kindest, intelligent and sweetest souls I have personally ever met. As a MainStreet Medical Assistant at another clinic who was timid of taking my major medical concerns to any other clinic, I felt safe, seen, heard and completely at ease. She stopped everything she was doing to see me and listen to me intently and heard my concerns and acted on them, to get to the bottom of my medical issue. She is a very rare breed and a breath of fresh air. I've never had the type of experience with any medical professional that I did with Joanna. She saw me for me, she cried with me, she laughed with me and she made a very scary situation less stressful and traumatic. She didn't have to do these things but it's just her nature and character. MainStreet is very, very lucky to have her!!
