Our experience with seeking new flooring started and ended with LL Flooring. My wife and I have looked, touched, and rubbed (get your mind out of the gutter) many samples of flooring. We went to many different stores to do this, but after 3 different visits to LL Flooring, with the third being the last we knew where to buy.Every time we entered the doors of LL Flooring, the staff was always helpful and insightful. They answered our questions, gave their opinions, but never in a negative way. This is the second home where I've used Lumber Liquidators, now LL Flooring. Just as good the second time around! First time I chose a beautiful laminate. This time I chose Duravana vinyl plank. LOVE it!!! Completely pleased - from the first phone call inquiry, the estimator, the installer who was FABULOUS, to the overall customer service.
