You can even text them when you are on the way to expedite the process (I did this but it didn’t actually work for me). I took in a really dirty comforter—they didn’t get all the stains out but I gave them five stars because I should have had it washed sooner. For $36 they washed it and returned it looking much better and even in a mattress bag. I willl be back…. Must faster than last time ??“
