I loved the customer service they make you feel like you are family. Jessica Jacks was my tax preparer and she worked very diligently on my taxes. I had not filed in three years so mine took a little bit more time to do, but she just very patiently continued to help me from start to finish. I will definitely be back next year!!!

I am SO GRATEFUL and THANKFUL to the Lord for JAIME and JESSICA for their exemplary tax services!!! I had owed taxes from 2015-2018 and it paralyzed me with fear in that I didn't file until 8 years later TODAY!!! Jaime was so compassionate with me and understood what I was going through and all I wanted to know was the estimated cost and it didn't take long for her to give me the information that I needed. Then Jessica got a hold of my tax transcripts online and explained how the IRS took the years that I filed and applied my refund to what I owed and she fixed it to where I ACTUALLY got a REFUND and was able to pay everything that I owed to the IRS and my fees to Jackson...read full review

Jessica jacks was awesome sweet and very professional i would higly recommend anybody to her hey I'm back again with Ms.Jessica jacks I would definitely recommend her toanyone she sweet and takes her time to get the job done again Thanks Ms. Jacks you rock
