very fast service and very friendly too. didn't have to wait very long before he arrived and he got us to the tire place without any problems

My daughter was driving from Florida to Tennessee and got into a wreck in Montgomery, AL. She was on a ramp off 85, it was raining and the vehicle was inoperable. I was 5 hours away…I’m sure you can imagine the worry and stress! I contacted my insurance company, who contacted Ideal Roadside for vehicle towing. Rashad and Dude from Ideal Roadside reached out to me within 5 minutes and were assisting my daughter within 20 minutes. They were able to get my daughter to a safe place and help get everything out of the vehicle for her. I rarely give reviews, but this is one worth giving!
