Hour Glass Optical is a business that generally provides one-hour service on most prescriptions at no extra cost. They offer a wide range of glasses at good prices and specialize in comprehensive eye care for the whole family. The staff, including Danny Williams, are known for their kindness and willingness to help. They take the time to understand each client's needs and provide expert advice to ensure the perfect pair of glasses. One client, who needed a specialized approach for computer monitor use, was very pleased with the outcome. It is recommended to give Hour Glass Optical a chance, as they won't disappoint.
They will work with you to your satisfaction. Both are very capable people.
I received excellent service. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make my glasses work! I brought in to Hour Glass another up to date, ( one week old) separate optometrist's, prescription which Hour Glass used to make my first pair of glasses. The glasses that Hour Glass Optical made from that prescription did not give me clear vision). So, I returned to Hour Glass. Danny took time with me, got my vision retested there, at Hour Glass, that day! He then sent my glasses to be remade according to the new test. When my new glasses came back in, I was so excited all the way home to be able to see very clearly, even things far away were sharp! I highly recommend Hour Glass, Danny, and their optometrist. Thank you Danny!
I highly recommend Hour Optical— Montgomery and Prattville locations! The staff served me well. The staff was thorough, professional and cheerful. I walked in with a broken set of eyeglasses in hand and after 15 minutes, I left wearing my frame in new lenses!! Wonderful people doing a good job. Thank you!
